Accommodations

The villa consists of 3 separate bungalows. The kitchen bungalow offers an outdoor counter and charcoal grill with views of the bay. A covered terrace with outdoor dining area seats 6. The air-conditioned living room has a comfortable sofa, views of the pool, and a large TV. An open staircase leads to the master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower. The remaining 2 guest bedrooms have queen-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers - one with direct access to the pool and the other opening to the side deck. A fourth bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom is located near the entrance.

Amenities

A deck with loungers and chairs surrounds the pool, perfect for sunbathing or working poolside. The house also has WiFi and U.S. satellite TV. House cleaning services are available six days a week, except on Sundays and holidays.

Additional Information

Villa XAN is suitable for young children. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
